Welcome to Giveaway Royale. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Giveaway Royale.

Giveaway Royale lets creators run giveaways and reveal winners with AI-generated videos. Creators run giveaways and share a join link. Participants join via that link. When entries close, the creator starts a winner reveal. Winners are chosen at random, server-side. An AI-generated battle video presents the result. The video is the reveal — never the decision. Completed giveaways get a public replay page.

You need an account to create or join giveaways. Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials secure — you are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or older where your local law requires a higher minimum age) to use Giveaway Royale.

You keep ownership of the content you submit — giveaway titles, descriptions, video ideas, and chat messages. You grant Giveaway Royale a license to host, display, and process that content in order to operate the service, including generating reveal videos and showing public replay pages.

Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or harassing, and do not impersonate other people.

Giveaway Royale provides creator software and AI video-generation tools. We do not sell entries, collect entrant fees, provide prizes, fund prizes, hold prizes, deliver prizes, or process prize payouts. Any creator prize is solely the creator’s responsibility.

Winners are chosen at random, server-side. The video is the reveal — never the decision. Joining a giveaway is always free, and no purchase is necessary to enter or to win. Creators are responsible for making sure their giveaway complies with the laws that apply to them.

Starting a winner reveal uses credits — one credit for each AI winner-reveal video. If a reveal fails to generate, the credit is automatically restored to your account when the system marks the attempt failed. Restoring the credit is the normal remedy for a failed reveal — it is not a refund of the payment the credits came from. Retrying starts a new video and uses a credit again. Credits are prepaid usage of our AI video-generation service: they have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, or exchanged for money. You can get credits in two ways, both priced in US dollars: one-time credit packages and monthly plans. A one-time package is a single payment — it is not a subscription and it never renews. A monthly plan is a subscription that renews every month until it is cancelled or otherwise ends (see “Monthly plans” below). Prices exclude tax: any applicable tax is shown on the secure checkout page before you pay. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our payment provider and merchant of record for credit purchases and monthly plans, on a checkout page it hosts; its checkout terms also apply to your payment. Purchased credits are added to your account once we have verified the payment. Package and plan availability may change.

Credits that you have already bought or been granted stay in your balance when a monthly plan is cancelled or ends. They do not expire merely because the plan ends, and paid credits that were already issued are not expired retroactively for that reason. Credits can still be affected by a refund or reversal, a chargeback, fraud or abuse, or the closure of your account, as described in these Terms and in our Refund Policy. We may change the terms for future purchases or plans, with appropriate notice and subject to applicable law.

Payments for credits — one-time credit packages and monthly plan payments — are generally non-refundable once the credits have been added to your account, even if the credits have not been used. The exceptions, including any refund or withdrawal right required by applicable law, are set out in our Refund Policy.

If a payment is refunded, the credits from that payment can be reversed. We may temporarily hold the account while we review it — pausing new purchases, new monthly plans, and starting or retrying winner reveals — if a payment is partially refunded or disputed, or if it is fully refunded and its credits cannot be reversed automatically (for example, because credits have been used since that payment).

A hold or other restriction on your account does not by itself cancel a monthly plan. To stop future renewals, cancel the plan in the billing portal, as described under “Cancelling a monthly plan” below. Until it is cancelled, the plan can still renew, and each renewal payment that succeeds still adds that month’s credits.

Deleting your account also removes any unused credits. An account cannot be deleted while it has a monthly plan that is active, scheduled to cancel, on hold or otherwise still able to bill: cancel the plan first through “Manage subscription” on your Credits page. Once the plan has ended and can no longer bill, the deletion request is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Questions about a payment go to support@giveawayroyale.com.

A monthly plan adds a set number of credits to your account each month for a monthly price. The credits and the price of each plan are shown before you subscribe, and the price and any applicable tax are shown again on the secure checkout page. There is no free trial, no introductory price and no annual plan.

A monthly plan renews every month until it is cancelled or otherwise ends. By subscribing, you authorise Dodo Payments to charge your payment method the plan’s monthly price, plus any applicable tax, when you subscribe and then each month until the plan is cancelled or otherwise ends. Dodo Payments keeps your payment method for these payments; Giveaway Royale never receives or stores your full card number.

The credits for a month are added once that month’s payment has been confirmed. If a renewal payment fails, the plan may be placed on hold (this is separate from a hold on the account, described under “Credits” above), and no new monthly credits are added until the payment succeeds. You can update your payment method in the billing portal. Once the payment has succeeded, the credits for that paid month are added once.

Each account can have one monthly plan at a time. Switching from one plan to another is not available in this version: cancel your current plan, then subscribe again after it has ended. You can still buy one-time credit packages while you have a plan.

If a second monthly plan is paid for on an account that already has one — for example, from an older checkout page that was replaced or left open — no additional credits are added for that payment. We cancel the duplicate plan so that it does not renew, and the payment is placed under review. Because no additional credits were added, we normally refund that payment after the review, subject to applicable law and exceptional circumstances, as described in our Refund Policy. You can cancel a monthly plan at any time. On your Credits page, choose “Manage subscription” to open the billing portal hosted by Dodo Payments. There you can cancel at the end of the current billing period — the plan stays active until then and is not charged again — or cancel immediately, which stops future recurring billing at once. To avoid the next payment, cancel before the next renewal is processed.

Cancelling stops future payments. It does not normally refund a payment that has already been made, and there is no automatic prorated or partial refund merely because you cancel before the period ends. A cancellation and a refund are separate actions unless we expressly say otherwise: refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable law. Credits that were already added to your balance stay there after the plan is cancelled or ends, unless a separate refund or reversal applies. This does not affect any stronger rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Reveal videos are AI-generated entertainment. Each winner reveal is one 15-second AI-generated video. The characters and scenes are fictional, and AI-generated style, quality, and visual details may vary. The video presents the result of the random draw — it never determines the winner.

When a giveaway completes, it gets a public replay page that anyone with the link can view. The replay shows the giveaway title, participant usernames including the winner, and the reveal video.

Do not abuse the service. That includes attempting to interfere with or disrupt the platform, scraping, probing for security weaknesses, or using Giveaway Royale for anything unlawful.

Creators may not sell entries, charge an entry fee, or sell tickets, wagers, or paid chances to win, and may not use Giveaway Royale for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or put the service or other users at risk.

Giveaway Royale is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Giveaway Royale is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continuing to use Giveaway Royale after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
