Welcome to Giveaway Royale. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Giveaway Royale.

Giveaway Royale lets creators run giveaways and reveal winners with AI-generated videos. Creators run giveaways and share a join link. Participants join via that link. When entries close, the creator starts a winner reveal. Winners are chosen at random, server-side. An AI-generated battle video presents the result. The video is the reveal — never the decision. Completed giveaways get a public replay page.

You need an account to create or join giveaways. Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials secure — you are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or older where your local law requires a higher minimum age) to use Giveaway Royale.

You keep ownership of the content you submit — giveaway titles, descriptions, video ideas, and chat messages. You grant Giveaway Royale a license to host, display, and process that content in order to operate the service, including generating reveal videos and showing public replay pages.

Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or harassing, and do not impersonate other people.

Creators are solely responsible for their giveaways, including delivering any prize. Giveaway Royale provides the platform, the random draw, and the reveal video — we are not the prize sponsor.

Winners are chosen at random, server-side. The video is the reveal — never the decision. Joining a giveaway is always free. Creators are responsible for making sure their giveaway complies with the laws that apply to them.

Starting a winner reveal consumes credits — the amount shown in the app at the time you start. If a reveal fails to generate, the consumed credits are automatically refunded to your balance when the system marks the attempt failed. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable. Reveal videos are AI-generated entertainment. The characters and scenes are fictional, and the output can vary or contain visual quirks. The video presents the result of the random draw — it never determines the winner.

When a giveaway completes, it gets a public replay page that anyone with the link can view. The replay shows the giveaway title, participant usernames including the winner, and the reveal video.

Do not abuse the service. That includes attempting to interfere with or disrupt the platform, scraping, probing for security weaknesses, or using Giveaway Royale for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or put the service or other users at risk.

Giveaway Royale is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Giveaway Royale is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continuing to use Giveaway Royale after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
