Refund Policy

Giveaway Royale uses generations. Joining a giveaway is always free — no purchase is necessary. Generations are only needed by creators to start winner reveals.

Starting a winner reveal uses one generation for each 15-second AI winner-reveal video.

If a reveal fails to generate, the generation is automatically restored to your account when the system marks the attempt failed.

Generation purchases are currently limited and handled manually by our team. A purchase is completed only after our team confirms it, and confirmed generations then appear in your account. Availability may change.

Generations have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, or exchanged for money. Except where required by law, confirmed purchases are non-refundable once generations have been added to your account.

If you believe a generation was used incorrectly, email support@giveawayroyale.com and include the giveaway link. We reply as soon as we can.
