Refund Policy

Giveaway Royale uses credits. Joining a giveaway is always free. Credits are only needed by creators to start winner reveals.

Starting a winner reveal consumes the amount of credits shown in the app at the time you start.

If a reveal fails to generate, the consumed credits are automatically returned to your balance when the system marks the attempt failed.

Credit purchases are currently limited and handled manually by our team. A purchase is completed only after our team confirms it, and confirmed credits then appear in your balance. Availability may change.

Credits have no cash value. Except where required by law, confirmed purchases are non-refundable once credits have been added to your balance.

If you believe credits were consumed incorrectly, email support@giveawayroyale.com and include the giveaway link. We reply as soon as we can.
